Mathew and Rinette’s Love Story Proves That True Love Bears All and Triumphs

As they say, true love bears all endures all, and triumphs, Mathew and Rinette’s story clearly defines that.

“Mathew and I went to Uganda Martyrs Namugongo. I found him there when I joined for my A levels. Interestingly, he and I never shared a word during our time in school. He was just one of those boys I shared a classroom with. However, this changed during our vacation.

He was selling iPads and I needed one. I texted him, made my order and that was it. But, we kept in touch after that, and it is then that I realised that he and I shared a lot. We became good friends. In Jan 2015, during our first semester holidays at university, we began dating.”

On 1st July 2023, Mathew proposed to Rinette. “I said Yes to the love of my life. I’m excited for the rest of the journey together,” she wrote on Instagram.
