Who was worst dressed at Juliana’s concert?

Fashion is never about whether an outfit is expensive or not. It’s about how the outfit is put together. While Juliana was on stage impressing us with her red fringed dress, some people were having their bad fashion moment. This was probably because some of them over thought about what they were meant to wear and ended up doing too much. I suppose some others were so excited about the concert that they forgot to pick up the right clothes.

I’ve compiled up here a few looks I felt were unforgivable. When it becomes too much, you have to end up on the worst dressed list. Flip through and be the judge.
