Mable tells us how she tagged Allan as her best friend on Facebook, because he was and will always be. But it wasn’t until he took her on their first date, where they shared their first kiss, when she realised that, He Is The One!

Back Story:

We went to the same Secondary school, Ndejje S.S.S but only became friends during my S6 vacation.

What about him sparked the fire? What made you think and believe that he was the one?

Haha nice one, so we had been talking for some time, and I think the feelings just kept growing but we both kept quiet and shy about it. We were always together every single minute we would get, talking about everything and anything.

I immediately tagged him as my best friend on Facebook, because he was and still is. He took me out to my very first date at Mr. Tastys Ntinda, he was always there when I needed him, always escorting me to get a taxi back home, bought me gifts, helped me settle when I had just moved to campus, and the moment he asked me out and we had our first kiss, I instantly knew he was the one.

Engagement:

With the help of our friends Jojo and Gitta, he organized a simple surprise engagement dinner at Latitude 0 degrees.

Traditional Wedding Planning Experience.

Initially, we had planned it would be in August but second phase of Covid happened, so we pushed to October, with the help of family and friends, we managed to organize everything in a space of one and half months.
