A woman’s Worth is a show that strives to bring fashion “from the slum to the catwalk”. They provide a platform for women who are disadvantaged to learn about fashion and tailoring and then showcase their creations on the runway once a year. This time around the event featured models from Joram Model Management, with Malaika Nyanzi hosting the show. A Woman’s Worth is all about the importance of women empowerment and the power of knowledge as a tool to accelerate empowerment.
Here are some of the best looks from the night that happened on the 19th of October in Jinja.
