After a long hiatus, K-Rafael Couture by Kasule Allan Raphael returned with a new collection presented at the Bride and Groom Expo yesterday. True to his identity, wild ideas were poured onto every piece in the collection; heavy gold embellishment and other intricate detailing seen on a number of shapes.
