Rema’s Flower-filled Gown Was Actually Inspired By India

By  |

Social media was on fire last evening dissecting and reviewing Rema’s ‘Banyabo’ concert outfits. This flower-filled gown received mixed reactions from fans wondering what inspired the singer to make the outfit choice. Bridal designer Dyna Vence Ruvuza, the creator of the stunning piece has come out to share her inspiration for the design.

” My inspiration for this dress was actually India. When you walk through the streets of India, there are flowers everywhere, there is colour everywhere. They even buy fresh flowers and decorate their cars. I got obsessed with flowers, I kept thinking that when Kayla (her daughter) starts to see again, I will take her to Miracle Gardens in Dubai so she can see as many flowers as possible. That’s why you will see so many flowers in my art pieces this year. I came to Rema with this idea and I’m so glad she took it up. The idea was to make an unforgettable dress, something so beautiful. So, why not make a little miracle garden of our own on stage.”

And indeed, a miracle garden she created.
