The quarterly Roast and Rhyme experience kicked off this year’s experiences with its 20th anniversary celebration at Jahazi Pier Munyonyo in Bell Lager sponsored enjoyments, live music and a variety of roasted meat for everyone. The sundowner experience was a wholesome reggae appreciation highlighted by performances from Double Black, Abeeka Band, Cindy and King Micheal, an old- time favorite that took revellers down memory lane with hits like Kwata Kwata, Muko muko and Bell, yes, I bet you remember this one!
The official enjoyments beer, Bell Lager made the enjoyments a notch higher with an enjoyments park adjacent to the stage, a colorful photobooth and exciting bell na nyama combos which made the entire experience truly delightful.
Here are more event highlights from the Roast and Rhyme 20th edition celebrations.
