Phiona Kyeru Is Miss Tourism 2019

Last week Friday, 22 year-old Phiona Kyeru from Busoga region was crowned winner of the seventh edition of Miss Tourism Uganda after beating 24 contestants at the Grand finale held at Serena Hotel, Kampala. Ms. Kyeru takes over the crown from Challa Elma, last year’s winner.

Prossy Agwang was the first runner-up while Jane Akullo was the second runner-up.

Contestants stormed the runway in glamourous silky dresses designed by Sheba Kassami Priscilla of SKP Clothing Line and hair and makeup done by Breeze Serenity N’ Spa Salon.

The titles that were won included Miss Congeniality, Miss Conservation, Miss Personality, Miss Talent, Miss Sports, Miss Beach Beauty, Miss Popularity, Face of Breeze Serenity and Miss Photogenic.
