Neesa Atelier Unveils “Dust & Raffia”: A Celebration of West African Craftsmanship, Culture and Contemporary Luxury

Ghanaian Afro-luxury fashion brand Neesa Atelier proudly introduces Dust & Raffia, a limited-edition capsule collection inspired by the enduring cultural connections between Ghana and Mali.

Rooted in heritage and reimagined through a contemporary lens, Dust & Raffia explores the beauty of African craftsmanship through the use of raffia, jute, hand-spun cord, and Bogolan-inspired textures, creating a collection that speaks to identity, artistry, and the timeless nature of cultural exchange.

At the heart of the collection lies a dialogue between two rich creative traditions. Drawing inspiration from Mali’s iconic Bogolan textile heritage and Ghana’s longstanding raffia and weaving traditions, the collection celebrates the stories, symbols, and craftsmanship that have connected communities across West Africa for generations.

Through sculptural silhouettes, textured detailing, and earthy tones, Dust & Raffia transforms traditional materials into elevated contemporary pieces designed for the modern woman.
