Judith Heard was spotted in New York yesterday attending the E!, ELLE, and IMG New York Fashion Week kick-off party hosted by TRESemme. She was wearing a sheer black ensemble as she had her moment in the E! 360 Glambot.

She is in New York to walk at one of the many fashion shows going down this weekend and we cannot help but stan! She was spotted with Supermodel Amito Lagum and rapper Fik Fameica at the same event. E! is going to partner with TRESemme to cover the Spring Summer 2020 fashion week.
