How Oranges Can be Used on Your Skin

By  |

Similar to lemons, oranges are a great source of Vitamin C and have been known to improve your immune system and overall skin appearance. These super fruits also help reduce the risk of respiratory diseases, certain cancers, ulcers, and kidney stones. They also have a lot of beauty benefits and you can use them to supplement your favorite The Saem products.

Aside from its sweet and juicy flesh, orange peels also contain several nutrients that provide several health benefits. Some of which include copper, calcium, magnesium, folate, vitamins A, B, and others plus dietary fiber. Orange peels also have antibacterial and anti-microbial properties which are effective in treating oily and acne-prone skin. Orange peels also work as a skin lightening agent and can help manage acne marks and pigmentation on the face.
