French Designer Thierry Mugler Dies At 73

The fashion world is at a loss once again as it was announced on Sunday night that prolific fashion designer Manfred Thierry Mugler passed away at the age of 73. According to his agent, the designer died of natural causes.

Thierry Mugler was known for his exaggerated designs that bordered on fetishishtic. If you saw an extreme corset, it was probably his work, like Kim Kardashian’s ‘wet dress’ at the Met Gala or some of Beyonce’s iconic performance looks.

The fashion world came together and tributes have been pouring in to the icon, remembering his legacy.
