Ugandan Miss World representative, Elizabeth Bagaya wore a creative traditional inspired garment designed by fashion designer Kasule Rafael. The beauty queen had on a short black dress with coloured lace extensions and golden accessories. The designer aimed to bring out the in African fashion.
According to Elizabeth Bagaya, “My dances of the world 🌍 garment @krafael86 as his aim was to bring out the beauty in African fashion, he did just that while preserving our traditions and cultures.
