Eguana Kampala is known and loved for their use of African prints. For their SS18 collection they didn’t just have those, but an array of geometric prints as well. These prints were seen on pant suits, dresses and jackets. They also had sporty looks; a matching set of pants and a jacket and also man-rompers. Who said the man-romper was anything but tasteful? The rompers looked wearable and very comfortable on the body. The sleeves and plackets of the rompers had the collection’s signature geometric print.
House of Thandi, the accessories designer they partnered with on the collection did a great job accentuating the statement prints. They had beaded head pieces, pendants, chokers and bangles in beautiful colours. The collection was inspired by the Masai and their love for colour. The two brands coming together was a total match made in style.
Our picks from the collection include the pant suit complete with all its accessories, man-rompers and the jacket with web print. We loved everything in this collection.
