Fresh after signing with Fusion Models and moving to Cape Town, Ugandan star Aketch Joy Winnie made her runway debut on the international scene at AFI Cape Town Fashion Week last evening. She opened for Lalesso, and walked for Leigh Schubert and Salima Abdel-Wahab.
