Hijabista Mimi Amina made a bold move seem so easy and effortless when she walked the red carpet at the Young Achievers Awards gala last night in a Hijab.  The fashionista who by the way designs everything she wears, was all covered up in a pink midi dress under a black sheer kimono. The kimono had this enthralling tailored gold detail along the hemlines that made the outfit even more interesting.

Modest fashion is one of the hottest trends right now. American model Halima Aden is breaking all barriers ever put on the hijab, starring on magazine covers such as Allure and Vogue Arabia and also starring in ad campaigns all covered up.

Yes you can rock a hijab on the red carpet, and to prove this even more, Amina wasn’t the only Hijabista at the event.
