The Kids Fashion Runway Returns for Its 8th Edition Under the Theme “Purpose in Motion”

The 8th edition of the Kids Fashion Runway is happening on 23rd May 2026 at Motiv Bugolobi, starting at 5 PM. This year, the event is partnering with the Kayla Ruvuza Foundation to support the construction of a new facility for children with disabilities, under the theme Purpose in Motion.

After the show, there will be a charity event to give back and support persons with disabilities. Everyone attending is encouraged to bring a physical donation, clothes, toys, food, school supplies, or anything they can offer.

Kids Fashion Runway is designed for children aged 5–15, and it’s more than just a fashion show. It’s a space where young people are encouraged to use their voices and creativity to support other children, especially those with disabilities. The models aren’t just walking the runway; they’re representing a message of change and inclusion.

A big part of the event is making sure children with disabilities are included and represented. The goal is simple: empower them, raise awareness, and get more people involved in supporting inclusion through something as expressive as fashion.
