The success of the SEED PROJECT continues to grow, and this year, was a resounding success, with many applications from across the country from where 12 designers were selected by fashion industry experts.
Each Finalist will receive access to: Workshops, One-On-One Training, and Exposure to local established designers and global fashion producers, culminating in the final competition taking place during Kampala Fashion Week, September 2018.
From the finalists, a single winner will be chosen and they will receive:
1) One full year of mentorship
2) The opportunity to show a capsule collection at Kampala Fashion Week 2019.
Since its 2014 launch, the SEED PROJECT has been considered a true supporter for young Ugandan design talents and been met with terrific success. Now in its fifth year, it has established its wide appeal and has become an inspiring outlet for young fashion designers.
