Tennis Maven Naomi Osaka Covers Vogue Hong Kong Ahead of the Olympics

By  |

As the new woman in tennis that everybody is buzzing about, Naomi Osaka has a lot of pressure ahead of her at the upcoming Olympics. She spoke to Kyle Tang about the challenges she faces and how she manages to pull through and keep dominating the game. She graced the cover in a white, athletic inspired bustier and an oversized mesh blouse. The accessory that caught the internet’s eye though, was the tennis racket earrings she sported, her look styled by Hollywood stylist Law Roach.

“Tennis is a solo sport, you cannot rely on a teammate when you’re having an off day,” Naomi explains. “It’s about trusting yourself and the work you put in prior to the match. You may lose more than you win, be told ‘no’ more than ‘yes’ but if you stay the path, and put in the work you can be the best version of [yourself].”
