Love is truly a beautiful thing, but also complex too! Patience and Ronnie were bought together by a ‘not so’ beautiful situation, see where they are now – Happily married with a son and so many more beautiful memories yet to be made.

Meeting

Patience was the cultural minister at her university. I was slated to perform at the university’s cultural gala grand finale. That’s where we met. I arrived late for the event, and being the cultural minister, expressed her disappointment in me. However, in my heart all I said was, “You are appointed.”

After the event, we continued talking. I’d invite her to my show performances at FunFactory. Our relationship blossomed from her being disappointed to a great friendship and then ‘ever after’. We’re now together till death does us apart.

Wedding

Planning our event was easy because I already had a picture of my dream wedding drawn in my mind. I already had my service providers in mind since I emcee at weddings.

Finding who to do what wasn’t a hustle. Besides, all of them are people I had worked  and built a relationship with.
