Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent Men’s SS27 collection featured a fresh take on the classic dress shoe: a transparent version that put the wearer’s feet on full display. The transparent footwear matched the collection’s light and relaxed feel. Paired with soft tailoring and flowing silhouettes, the shoes challenged the idea of what a formal shoe should look like. If there was one message from the runway, it was simple: free the toes.
