Rihanna arrived at the Met Gala in an ensemble blending two Maison Margiela Fall 2025 couture looks, styled with hair metal pins by Jennifer Behr in collaboration with Yusef Williams. The ensemble featured over 115,000 crystal beads, antique jewels, and chains, according to Vogue.
Sculpted by hand in duchess silk with a bronze hooded cape, the piece took 1,380 hours of embroidery. She shared the inspiration came from Barbados— “like coming out of an oyster shell,” with aged pearls and stones telling a story.
