[Photos]: Lupita Nyong’o, Octavia Spencer, Daniel Kaluuya and More Wear Black at The 2018 Baftas

The 71st British Academy Film Awards, more commonly known as the BAFTAs, were held on 18 February 2018 at the Royal Albert Hall in London, to honour the best British and foreign films of 2017. Guests at the event showed their support for the #Time’sUp and #MeToo campaigns by wearing black and sending messages from the stage. Virtually all the stars at the London ceremony were in black and some were accompanied by rights campaigners.

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton chose a green gown because black would be against the royal rules (these are actual boss moves. Ha!) While Prince William opted for a penguin suit. See our favourite looks below.
