The first ice cream and cake festival in Kampala was nothing short of lit, if these photos taken at the event are anything to go by. By far one of the biggest family day out events, the festival held yesterday at the Uganda Museum. Revellers had the rare opportunity of tasting as many cake and ice cream flavours as they could possibly can.
Obviously our favourite part of the event was the fashion. As with all festivals in Kampala, a print galore was in sight. The Kitenge print was everywhere and it is interesting how Kampala fashionistas always find a way of keeping alive. Another it fashion trend spotted at the event was the sun hat because of course it was hot.
