As January drags on, there are few moments we look forward to, and thanks to some of our faves, we can enjoy the best looks of the week once again. While it might be tempting to just hand the crown to Beyonce, I am somewhat led to say Natasha Sinayobye knocked it out of the park with her yellow-green combination. My eyes are pleased.
