My Style: Sharon Kamusiime – Day 1
Meet Sharon Kamusiime, our style star this week. Kamusiime is the creative director of Ganyana Fashion House, a renowned fashion house in Kampala. She’s also a fitness junkie, so expect lots of fitness and style tips this week.
I frequently get asked; ‘how do you stay motivated with your fitness workouts?’ Most of the days I just want to sit on the couch and not be bothered but then I remember why I started and, if I skip this workout I will regret it.
My screen saver is of a female fitness model whose body I admire so that keeps me motivated on my vision a lot. I buy cute fitness clothes so I always look forward to wearing them and it’s an amazing feeling after a good workout.
I have made good friends at the gym and those keep me motivated and are always there to cheer me up. So, find yourself some friends you share the same goal with. This will help you look forward to your planned workouts together.
Listening to good music on my phone and audiobooks keeps me motivated. Put in an hour a day to be good to your body and rearrange things around this hour because honestly we all get the same 24hrs.
