Jumia has partnered with MTN Uganda to give MTN Pulse customers EXCLUSIVE discounts on Tuesdays.

Under MTN Pulse Jumia Tuesdays, Pulsers can enjoy a 15% discount every Tuesday on all the Jumia sites, including items that are already discounted. In detail, this means, 15% off items like fashion, electronics, appliances and more from Jumia, 15% off food from the restaurants on Jumia Food and 15% off hotels and group trips through Jumia Travel.

Speaking during the signing of the MOU, Jumia’s Marketing Manager Stacey Mwesezi said that this was an opportunity for Jumia to further connect with Uganda’s large youth population. “We are a tech-based company and this partnership complements our mission to create a connected digital Africa. We hope that MTN Pulse Jumia Tuesdays will make the Jumia services more financially accessible for Uganda’s youth,” she added.

Catherine Andinda, a second-year university student at MUBS noted that “University life can be quite expensive, yet there’s so much plot and things to spend on.  It’s always exciting when big brands like Jumia and MTN put that into consideration.”

To join the MTN Pulse movement, customers can dial *157# and on Tuesdays specifically, dial *157*4# to get the exclusive discount code for that day. They can then visit www.jumia.ug or download the free Jumia App, Jumia Food App or Jumia Travel app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store to shop the amazing offers from each Jumia service.
