The 22 year old beauty who happens to be a graduate of Business Computing from Greenwich University in South East London is the reigning Miss Uganda Central region. Her exceptional intelligence and eloquence coupled with the immense beauty left the judges with no option but to crown her as the most beautiful woman in the country.

Miss Uganda has had it’s rough patches. Right from 2005 when fashion mogul Sylvia Owori threw in the towel, the pageant has been a total joke. All previous events have been marred with controversies while the contestants enjoyed ridicule from the media mockery from the public. Sylvia Owori had turned it into one of the biggest event on the social calendar which standard the new franchise owners were failing to meet.
Miss Uganda 2013 proved that sexy was finally back as the organizers Kezzi Entertainment put their act together and solved all the mistakes that had been by the previous organizers. It’s not surprising that Brenda Nanyonjo the Miss Uganda franchise owner was one of the brains behind those glitzy events Sylvia Owori put up back then. The team pulled out all their best from decor; sound; lighting to the fashion of the finalists. The girls wore haute couture dresses from House of Zirian fashion house.
The finalist shimmered in lace and sequined dressed. Metallic colors too made an appearance.

Sequin, lace and metallic colors were the trends on the stage. The MC of the evening Crytal Newman Kavulu of Sanyu FM was every bit sexy too leading up to the audience which was all dressed in Vintage glam inspired outfits. Brenda Nanyonjo, Joram Job Muzira and the entire Kezzi really took their time to perfect the act thus bring back the Miss Uganda oomph that had dwindled over the years.
Stella will be representing us at Miss World in Indonesia this December. We shall most definitely be well represented. She walked away with a brand new Mercedes Benz ‘A’ Class and a monthly allowance of Shs 1.5m for the next twelve months. Anita Kyarimpa who is the reigning Miss Western Uganda and Sandra Amoding were the first and second runners-up respectively. This will entitle them to Shs 1m and Shs 500,000 monthly allowance for the next twelve months respectively.
