Meet the Ugandan Strategist Named To Board of Trustees At Berkeley College

As one of the world’s most prestigious centres of education, Berkeley College sits as one of the biggest. Ugandan award-winning global strategist and entrepreneur, Busie Matsiko-Andan was recently added to the Board of Trustees for the college up to the year 2023. The Berkeley College alumna who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, is excited to hop on her new role, stating, “It is an honor to serve Berkeley College students.” 

Busie Matsiko is also known for her innovative pursuits in the fashion world, as after she graduated went on to co-found one of the first fashion-technology companies, Fashion Indie, which was acquired by Nylon magazine back in 2004.

Most recently, Matsiko-Andan serves as Founder and CEO of Pont Global, a boutique management firm focused on helping women, and Executive Director of the Africa Future Summit. She is also the creator of RESET, a platform for thought leaders to discuss business strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
