Kim Kardashian West Squeezes Into Another Corset For Vogue Arabia’s September Cover

It's not easy being Mrs. West!

Vogue Arabia is making a splash with the most memorable September cover of the year, thanks to reality TV star Kim Kardashian West. The cover concept was inspired by the dripping Mugler dress Mrs. West wore to this year’s Met Gala.

The reality star and activist was shot in the Californian desert by photographer Txema Yeste. Mugler, who art directed the cover shoot, dressed her in vintage archival pieces from his namesake brand and contemporary garments from Mugler’s current creative director Casey Cadwallader. The shoot revolved around the surreal world of Kardashian West, who is portrayed regally against a backdrop of civilization ruins. On one cover, she is painted red, with a braid cascading down to her waist against a mountainous setting.
