Kai’s Divo Collection Set to Headline Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Kigali

Abbas Kaijuka has always had a special relationship with Kigali, it’s quite a surprise that he has never graced the country’s biggest runway show. The 2022 edition of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Kigali is slated to hold from May 16^th to 21^st, and Kaijuka’s Kai’s Divo Collection will headline the event.

The Ugandan designer, renowned for his ‘out-of-the-box’ approach to design, will present his latest collection. According to insiders close to him, the collection campaign is getting shot today by a top fashion photographer.

Other designers set to showcase during the four-day-event include Lilly Alfonso, Arshia Wilson, Izubaa, Bushai Weave, Zulera Couture and Fathia Creation among others.
