Finding a girlfriend and actually keeping her are two very different things. Ask Kenzo, he’ll tell you in full detail. It takes great effort to keep a woman.
Don’t just take comfort in the fact that she likes you; she can’t love you forever if you don’t put a little sweat and effort to keep the steam flowing in that relationship.
The trick: You’ll never lose her is if you act like you’re still trying to win her over.
- Take Control of the Relationship: Don’t slaughter me yet, hear me out. I don’t mean controlling like she doesn’t have a valid opinion or she has to do everything you say, I mean taking lead in the relationship. Instead of “going with the flow” of the relationship, moving aimlessly to a destination unbeknownst to either of you, be the man and know where you want it to go. If you want to wife her let it be known; a woman loves a man with a plan, and by planning the dates yourself, you can show her how responsible you can get when it comes to more serious things like where you both will end up in a few years.
- Great Conversations Matter: There’s nothing more attractive than a guy who has great conversations. Listen to her. She will be flattered by how much you’re willing to give up just because of her, bonus points if you actually listen to what she says and put it to use later (like in tip #4)
- Dress well and look good. Dressing well and taking good care of yourself will give the impression that you are responsible.
- Show her off. Yes, don’t be the type that dates in hiding. It’s very possible that another dude is dating her in hiding just like you’re doing. If you’re responsible, act like it.
- Commit commit: This is obviously the hardest part. You need to commit. You’re not going to waste someone’s daughter’s time because you’re still figuring yourself out. If you think she and you are headed for doom, call it off asap and let her find her happiness.
- When things go south, man up: It’s hard to be a man sometimes. The universe expects you to be the tough one, yet a few times, you need to break down. In such situations, be man enough to break down, but not on social media. Social media is not your friend my dear. Other than turning into a nuisance, you’ll get even more depressed.
