The Miss Uganda 2023 preselection Kampala edition took place this week on the 8th and 9th of February at ISBAT University. The two-day event which saw many hopefuls attend to further their chances of being the next Miss Uganda was presided upon by a team of industry experts from our very own December cover star Joram Muzira to the current Miss Uganda Elizabeth Bagaya and Miss Environment Judith Heard plus more.
