Fresh Face Friday Starring Humphrey Kahimba
Meet Humphrey Kahimba, our fresh face today. He’s a runway/ commercial model signed to Crystal Models Africa. We had a little chat with him on life, modeling and his perfect match.
What do you do besides modeling?
I’m a student at Cavendish University Uganda, pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
What interested you to get into modeling?
What are some of your highlights so far?
One of the greatest moments was doing my latest shoot “evolution” because in that sense I was discovering and trying out new things. Taking the risk to do a more high fashion shoot and the hustle I went through getting the right outfits and style with the help of my stylists. I’ve also done a number of runway shows, and a feature in a music video of one of the top female artistes in Uganda.

What has been your biggest lesson since you started modeling?
I have learned that patience is something one must have in life. Because if you want things to happen so fast or you want become famous and rich in a flash, then this isn’t your place.
What’s that one surprising thing people don’t know about you?
I’m ambidextrous. Both my hands can do all, with the same strength.
If you were a superhero, what kind of powers would you have and why?
Teleport and go walk all the major runway shows around the world.
