Eva Apio Glows on Hello Fashion UK's February-March Cover

Ugandan-born model and influencer Ava Apio just landed the cover of Hello! Fashion UK for their February-March issue. She grew up in Uganda with warm memories of family, music, dance, and community. Even though she moved to London when she was a child, she says Uganda gave her strength, pride, and a deep sense of who she is.

In the world of modelling, Eva has faced real challenges. Some people told her she was “too short” or didn’t fit the usual mould. She fought through those doubts and learned to see her differences as her power. As she told the magazine, “There were moments when I felt boxed in or underestimated. But I learned that my uniqueness is my power.” Today, she works with big fashion names and shows young Africans that dreams can come true.

For Eva, the cover is more than fashion. She is open about her faith and how it keeps her grounded amid the fast world of modelling. She talks about her love for Jesus and how her belief gives her peace and strength every day. Her life is also about giving back. Through the Evapiofoundation, she helps young people in Uganda and across Africa, offering support, education, and hope for the future.
