American designer, Thom Brown continues to raise eyebrows with this eccentric tailoring. For his autumn/winter 2019 collection, presented in Paris yesterday, the designer took his eccentricity a notch higher focusing the entire collection on deconstructed suits.
The designer went ahead to saran-wrap all his models, something he says was done for fun. “It was just for fun. We use the bubble wrap for shipping collections back and forth, so it’s basically taking what we use for logistical reasons and making it into the set,” he shared.
Meanwhile, the entire collection was created for eccentric fashionistas such Emolsa Hasaacha, otherwise who else is bold enough to walk around wrapped in excess fabric.
