Barbie Kyagulanyi is celebrating her 35th birthday today. The Ghetto First Lady took to her Instagram to share a series of photos of the milestone. “My greatest gratitude is the gift of life,” she wrote. 

The shoot was directed by Spice Diana, whom she credited for “plucking me out of my comfort zone.”
