The British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) are coming up and while a lot of these award shows have us waiting for something new from our faves, the BAFTAs don’t play like that.
This year they stated a dress code for the guests to come in strictly “sustainable fashion” which according to their guidelines means wearing something they have worn before, or gotten from a reselling site, or from a sustainability conscious designer such as Stella McCartney.
We don’t even know what to expect from the stars that are to attend, who include the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate. Come 2nd Feb, we’ll see whether sustainable fashion can be fun, or it will be a tbt moment.
