After taking the year off because of the great tweny tweny, the Met Gala is back this year round. On September 13th 2021, stars and fashionistas alike will converge at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City to celebrate fashion’s biggest night. The theme for 2021 is one that was supposed to be 2020’s, “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion“.
While the event’s themes are always surrounded by mystery, anticipation and general artsy jargon, one can always expect great hits (and great misses) when the red carpet is laid out.
Today, let’s talk about the most unforgettable looks of the past Met Gala’s, and marvel at how both designer and muse come together to create art one can wear.
