New star studded TV series to hit screens in 8 weeks

A new TV series titled ‘Beneath The Lies‘ will be hitting TV screens in Uganda in 8 weeks. The series which is in production right now is bound to be the most most talked about TV series in a long time. With some of the acts from ‘The Hostel‘ gracing it, there’s no doubt that we are headed for a great new TV show.

According to their website, the series is a brain child of movie director Nana Kagga Macpherson and is being produced by Savannah Moon productions in conjunction with Kinetic Management Group. The series was originally scripted as a feature film but was later rewritten into a TV series.

Beneath The Lies falls in the suspense/thriller genre and has an intriguing story line with a lot of blackmail, drug trafficking, child prostitution and human trafficking. The star studded cast includes Hellen Lukoma, Cedric Babu, Salvador Idringi, Deedan Muyira of Radiocity, RabaDaba, Natasha Sinayobye, Daniel Omara and Flavia Tumusiime among others.

This is a real Ugandan story which we must all countdown to watch. Here are some of the faces that are going to star in it.
