Tiwa Savage Proves She’s The African Queen In A Crown Of Cowries

Tiwa Savage has been dominating the music industry for a hot minute now, and she solidifies her place in the new project dubbed 49-99. Before we get to that, she went in front of Trevor Stuurman’s lens in this pristine white two piece ensemble, that is as innocent as it is provocative. The makeup plays up her beautiful skin, emphasizing the deep browns and highlighting with gold.

What caught our eye, however, is the cowrie shell headpiece – a crown if you will, that is comfortably draped on her head. This look is everything; it is her claiming the throne, and we standing there to the side offering it to her.
