Smukke Cosmetics Has Launched a Lockdown-inspired Lip Line collection!

Smukke Cosmetics is ending 2020 in style, with a lip line collection reminiscent of the year. The Ugandan beauty brand, that’s famous for its now much sought-after luxury mink eyelash extensions, announced last week that their new range dubbed ‘The Survivor’s Collection’, is inspired by the lockdown.

“The time we were locked up at home was a time to reflect and also get creative. That’s why you will notice that a lot of the names of the lip shades draw their inspiration from the lockdown period,” said Meg Lusembo, the company CEO. “We do hope that our clients and fans of the brand do enjoy the experience of wearing our lip shades, as much as we enjoyed creating them.”

The lipstick comes with a smooth matte finish, is water proof and light on the lips. It is available in a variety of hues including Curfew, Lockdown, Adjourn, Vacay, Mask, Domesticated, In it Together, Karantine and Fever.
