From Church Buddies To Forever Together – Bob & Lorian

Bob Shillingi, who works in real estate, a job he juggles with an e-commerce business called @totallyafrican, and Lorian Shillingi, a nurse, tied the knot on 16th August, 2019 after two years of dating. In celebration of their first anniversary, the couple invited @degreyphoto, a Toronto based photographer, together with @bella.artistry and @lalourehairco to make this ‘royalty-inspired’ anniversary shoot happen.

Their story 

We met at church. At first, we were just really good friends. After a while, I developed feelings for her, so I prayed to God about it. We dated for about two years and got married last August. 

Marriage has been a very interesting journey so far. It is a continuous learning process as you are starting to build your life with your spouse. Three of our biggest lessons after 1 year are;

1. Communication is key!

2. Your marriage is what you make it!!

3. Trust God!
