Ghanaian Slay Queen Nana Akua Addo Gives Up Oxygen, For Likes on Instagram

Ghanaian slay queens are literally on fire this fashion season. First, it was beauty entrepreneur Hamamat who set herself on fire to for an Instagram shot. It was worth it because she earned 8,579 likes on the photo.

Then came Nana Akua Addo, who made a daring fashion statement during Glitz Fashion Week over the weekend. The eccentric fashionista wore are printed bodysuit which went from head to toe, including her eyes and nose. She added a black skirt over the look, and accessorized it with leather gloves.

Who gives up oxygen for likes on Instagram? Addo has already garnered 14k likes on the first photo she posted. It was worth it, we can say.

As if the daring look wasn’t bizarre enough, she was filmed enjoying the runway shows like she was seeing anything. She went ahead to pose for photos with friends. How did she even recognize her friends with her eyes concealed under the suit?

Addo is no stranger to risky and almost life threatening style choices. At the 2017 Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards here in Kampala, she stepped out in glass filled gown, which left everyone wondering how she possibly sat in it.
