[Video]: Toniks and Fille Finally Save Themselves, and Us With ‘Falling’

What do you get when you put two of the most underrated vocalists together on one song? The result is usually ‘an underrated song’. But, that’s not what happened when Toniks, arguably one of the most talented Ugandan vocalists and Fille collaborated on ‘Falling’, their new duet.

Fille is a real gem, but she hasn’t put her vocal prowess to good use in a long time. The last time she did her voice justice was on ‘Mbeera Eno’. The two singers together is probably one of the best things we’ve listened to in a long time. They basically saved themselves, and us.

The love song is driven by Toniks who serenades his love interest, Fille. She comes along to complement his vocals creating a soothing fusion.

Aside from the audio, the two singers impress in the accompanying music video where they wear tropical prints which are beautifully in sync with the song.  Fille, who usually struggles with her style choices settles for a maxi dress, an odd choice if you look at it but a genius idea still. She’s a talented young woman who needs nothing else but her vocals to stand out on a song.
