Signed to Fusion models Cape Town and Joram Model Management here in Kampala, Patricia Akello is a rising star already only months after settling in South Africa to pursue a modelling career. Her stellar performance has made her a favorite for a number of designers.
The 21-year-old model walked for Adele Dejak, Arak Lawikowski and David Tlale during the Design Indaba Expo last week. The Expo South Africa’s premier showcase of high-end African design, exhibiting the homegrown wares of all the creative sectors under one roof.
The model will be strutting her stuff during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week which kicks off this Thursday.
