Trending: Delightfully Demure Bridal gowns

It’s the wedding season! Yes, there’s a wedding season. Fashion is slowly getting back into its ‘sophisticated phase’ where it’s not about drawing attention to yourself, but comfort and simplicity. During the just concluded 2018 edition of Kampala Fashion, Kenyan bridal designer, Ogake Misomi of Ogake Bridals presented her collection which was delightfully demure, yet impossibly beautiful.

“There’s so much going on; the makeup, hair, décor, the bridal party and more, you need your dress to highlight you, and not overshadow you,” Misomi shared after her presentation. “You want to look at the photos 10 years from now, and not wonder ‘what was I thinking?”

The gowns are timeless and all about celebrating your individuality and feminine form. What’s more, you can take your shoes off and dance away, without a fuss. After all it’s your big day, you deserve that luxury!
