Cozy, comfortable and warm, meet the new coat – a blanket! Trend forecasters are confident that this set to be one of the hottest trends in the coming few months. As seen on runways from designers such as Calvin Klein, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Balenciaga and more, the trend is surely catching steam.

Eccentric fashionista Emolsa Hasaacha turned heads last Saturday at the Goat Races when he arrived draped in blankets. It was functional considering the weather, but super stylish, we can confirm.

Blankets were hot in 2014 when British brand Burberry glamorized ponchos, coats and capes with their signature monogram.
