Jacques Berman Webster II, known professionally as Travis Scott, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He is also on the September cover of GQ magazine as he talked about his music and his performance on Fortnite, an ambitious virtual concert that pulled in over 27 Million viewers.
In the cover article, he went on to explain to Gerrick Henry his journey in the music business as well as his creative process, “No matter how long it takes, you just stay on it. It might take one album or two albums. It might be your third, it might be your fourth. I feel like since Owl Pharaoh, I’ve been just like, ‘Yo, what is the sound?’ Astroworld was kinda like being able to make a lot of things come to life.”
