The Makeup Brand That Will Treat Your Skin While You Slay

Livara Cosmetics is one of those Ugandan brands that we just love! They are among the few brands that give great consideration for the ingredients that end up on your skin so no harsh chemicals to deal with. Livara is most known for their hair products which is a story for another day, but today we’re all about their makeup and skincare products!

Using healing oils like Avocado oil, Papaya oil, Castor oil or Sunflower oil with a blend of essential oils like Rose oil, Cinnamon Leaf oil, Lavender French essential oils as well as Beeswax, their combination is the winning one for your skin.

They are all named after precious stones so even as you apply them you feel like Queen Cleopatra on the balcony of an Egyptian palace. Names like Diamond Tones, Ruby Glow, Chocolate Ruby and Moonstone Shine are some of them, and they give you the feel that you are currently a big baller spender, but on a baby budget. Their lipsticks go for 25k and yet they’re packed with shea butter, the creams are 30k and 15k, and toner is 35k only. They have stores around Kampala; in The Cube, Kisementi and Kampala Boulevard.
